Heroic Granny Shoots Robber in the Head

Phyllis Law, 63, was minding her business on Friday night when two robbers decided to break in her home. Her home had already been broken in before, so Phyllis had reached the last straw. She pulled out her 9mm handgun and shot one of the robbers in the head.

Phyllis Law was having quality time with her granddaughter when the robbers broke in her house for a second time.

“Next thing I know, he hit the lights and put all the lights on and I’m saying to myself, ‘This person been here before to know where all my lights at,’” Law said.

Phyllis hid her grandbaby in her closet, then proceeded to run up the stairs to grab her 9mm pistol.

Phyllis said the robber was happily strolling through her home when she spotted his navy joggers and starting blasting his head in.

“I jumped and just start shooting,” Law said. “I have no idea where I hit him. He fell right there on the floor there.”

Phyllis admits to firing more than three shots and one of them luckily struck the man in his forehead. She fired another shot before both of the robbers tried to make a run for it.

The second robber escaped, but was thankfully arrested.

Phyllis said she doesn’t regret shooting the man in the head. She knew they would have tried to harm her and her granddaughter.
